2 Jerks started as a hobby between 2 Brothers Jon & Chris DePalma. Both chefs were classically trained and were at the helm of respectable Fine Dining Establishments, while also doing BBQ competitions on the side.
What started as a hobby turned into a love affair. High temperatures, smoke, flames and meat. That's when they decided to open 2 Jerks BBQ Kitchen & Bar. At 2 Jerks we offer Wood Smoked Meat, Classic Southern Fare and comfort foods, all while using their Chef techniques. 2 Jerks offers a full bar with local craft beer and inventive craft cocktails.
Open since 2015, 2 Jerks BBQ pulls in local service for their great southern eats. From Memphis-style Ribs and Texas Brisket to North Carolina Pulled Pork, down to the home-made complimentary corn bread. 2 Jerks is truly a one of a kind place, so come on by and dig in!
